#FridayFlashback – Blind Melon “No Rain” Official Music Video

In honor of Friday, I thought I would dig back a few years and give you one of my favorite songs to turn up loud and sing along to!

Born & raised in Indiana, Blind Melon frontman Shanoon Hoon, passed too soon in 1995 from a drug overdose while with the band was in New Orleans. "No Rain" is the second single off of the bands self-titled debut album. It hit radios in 1992. It also hit MTV with an awkward little girl dressed up like a bumble bee.  I was 14 years old, and I remember turning it up loud and singing along with it as soon as it would come on the radio. I would also twirl around my room like the little bumble bee girl. I am pretty sure that when I'm 60-something, I'll still turn in up loud and sing along!
