Have an old computer fried by a virus years ago sitting in the basement collecting dust? Maybe there's an old TV in the garage that won't work anymore because it's not compatible with the "digital switch" enacted a few years back? Whatever the case, here's you're chance to recycle those old technological relics of days gone by.

C & I Electronics of Evansville will take all your old, now useless electronics during their free electronics recycling week November 18th through 23rd. The full list of items C & I will accept includes:

  • CRT Monitors
  • Laptops
  • Computer towers
  • Printers
  • Hard Drives
  • Modems
  • Fax/scanners
  • Keyboards
  • Cameras/camcorders
  • Televisions
  • DVRs/DVD
  • IPods/MP3s

Items that will NOT be accepted include:

  • Copy Machines
  • Microwaves
  • Appliances

The free recycling event is open to Vanderburgh County households only. They will not accept electronics from businesses.

Items can be dropped off at C & I Electronics located at 1700 North Lafayette, Evansville, IN (map below) from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm November 18th - 22nd, and from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on November 23rd.
