First Photo from Set of Gilmore Girls Revival Has Me Fangirling!

I have a deep and unironic love for the 2000's hit show Gilmore Girls. I love this series. I own all the seasons on DVD (those were a thing you had to buy if you wanted to watch an entire season of a show back before Netflix was kind enough to add it) and still have frequent discussions about the show with friends. And for the record, I am Team Dean FOR LIFE (but I do enjoy Jess).

A few months ago, the bombshell was dropped that the show was coming back for a four-episode run on Netflix. Fewer things in my life have made me happier than reading that news. Almost all of the original cast has returned for the show (with the exception of Melissa McCarthy and Ed Herman, who passed away last year). While the news was great, it still felt very far away and surreal. That is until Yanic Truesdale, who plays everyone's favorite Innkeeper, Michele, tweeted out this photo.

This is the first on-set photo from the new series, titled "Seasons." It's real. It's actually happening. This photo, along with the news that Rory is single in the new series, has me extra excited about the upcoming series. Here's hoping that the show lives up to the hype and I can go through all of my emotions again!
