After a Hiatus, One of Evansville’s Favorite Food Trucks is Hitting the Streets Again [MENU]

So, yesterday I was scrolling through my feed and saw that my buddy Courtney Duffy tagged me in a post. I clicked on it and man, was I pumped about her news!

Courtney's the brains behind FireChicken Food Truck. Remember back in 2020 when she decided to give her old truck, The Duffy Shuffle, a makeover? Yeah, it was pretty popular in Evansville, but whenever she took it out of town for festivals, folks were scratching their heads about what she offered. Then 2020 threw us all for a loop, and Courtney went on a well-deserved extended break. I've been living vicariously through her adventures ever since! But now, it looks like it's time for her to hit the streets again.

"Alright Evansville, I decided to keep FireChicken and ready to truck again! Are y'all ready for some fried chicken tacos, beer-battered fried avocado tacos, and some loaded chicken stacks? It's that time y'all, we are super excited to serve the tri-state again!"
