The LST 325, currently docked at Marina Pointe on the Evansville riverfront, makes a guest appearance during the closing scene of the newest entry in the long-running, and insanely popular, Call of Duty video game series, Call of Duty: WWII.

The cameo appearance takes place in the background of the final scene of the game's Campaign (a.k.a. Story) mode as the games characters prepare to depart for home. The large "325" can be seen over the shoulder of once character as he and his military brothers say their goodbyes.

WARNING! The video below contains the game's final scene which could spoil the ending for you if you intend on playing the game.

The LST's Twitter account sent a shout out to the game's creators on Sunday after being alerted to the ship's appearance.

The real LST is open for tours from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays, and is the second best "thing to do" in Evansville just behind the Dream Car Museum, according to Trip Advisor.

Visit the LST 325 website for complete details on tour times, admission, and more.
