Evansville Police Release List of Items Banned from West Side Nutclub Fall Festival
The 92nd annual West Side Nut Club Fall Festival is underway, and to make sure that everyone stays safe, the Evansville Police Department has released a list of items you're NOT allowed to bring to Franklin Street.
- Glass bottles / jars / containers
- Animals / pets of any kind, with the exception of service animals (i.e. seeing-eye dogs) and pets entered in the pet parade on Saturday.
- Squirt guns / water balloons
- Bicycles / scooters / skateboards / roller blades
The Department also announced they will have uniform and plain clothes officers working to make the Fall Festival a safe and successful event again this year, and ask the public to be aware of their surroundings and to notify the police if they see anything suspicious.
They also ask festival goers to report if they see people arguing or fighting.
