Evansville Police Investigating Vandalism at Adath B’Nai Isreal Temple

Evansville Police are asking for your help in identifying and locating the person or persons responsible for an act of vandalism at Adath B'Nai Isreal Temple at the corner of Covert and Newburgh Road on the city's east side.

There have been several reports of vandalism at Jewish synagogues and cemeteries across the country over the past week or so, and it seems Evansville is not immune to the activity.

Investigators say a window at the synagogue was damaged by a small projectile, and they believe said damage was done intentionally. They are asking the public for any info that could lead to the identity and whereabouts of those responsible.
