Evansville Craigslist Casanova Has a Poem For You!

So I thought it would be a really good idea to search the Evansville Craigslist and bring you some of the funniest stuff I could find.  Turns out that was a really, really bad idea.  Poor decision making Melissa.  Do you know how many private parts people are showing off on Craigslist these days? However throughout all the junk pictures I saw a glimmer of hope. A Craigslist Casanova just looking for some fun, and he is so sensitive he even wrote a poem! I decided in order to find funny posts on Craigslist that the relationships section would be the best place to start.  I looked at "male seeking female" first, and that was enough to make me done with Craigslist for the day.  But I did find one post that stood out to me it was titled "Seriously, read this. HOT GUY" and I like to consider myself an expert at guaging a guys hotness, so I had to click it to find out how hot we were talking.  Instead what I found was a beautiful poem, and a torso photo.

Hello, thanks for checking out my ad.
I hope you don't think this poem is bad.
I'm a guy in school, taking a full load.
Stressed so much that I'm about to explode.
I have a part time job and class every day.
And I just don't want to waste my life away.
So I decided I needed a girl in my life.
But I don't want a girlfriend, commitment, or a wife.
I just want someone fun, I can talk to sometimes,
Someone who won't argue, yell at me, or whine.
Just a cute and sweet girl, who is looking for fun.
No children please, I'm not looking for a son.
I just want some romance without all the stress,
And I've never used craigslist; that I must confess.
So if you aren't on drugs, and you don't do crack,

I can't make this up.  Seriously, here's the post.

My favorite part is "if you're not on drugs, and don't do crack." Because crack isn't a form of drugs or anything.   However I can't give this guy too much crap, he tried, and he made some serious rhymes.  I'd be happy if my boyfriend wrote me a nice message on a post-it note.  LET ALONE a whole poem that rhymes.  So whoever you are Craigslist casanova, I hope you find the love you're looking for. <3
