Evansville Civic Theatre Receives Facebook Fundraiser Money!

Yes, Facebook fundraisers actually work!

Back in January, I decided to donate my birthday to the Evansville Civic Theatre on Facebook through their fundraising program. I was skeptical that anything would come from it, but I we ended up raising over $1,300 for the Civic to use however they liked. I was still slightly worried that the money would get lost or something like that.

I can say now, that the money has been delivered for the full amount. I appreciate everyone who donated to the fundraiser and can't wait to see what the Civic does with the money.

Next time I'll be sure to have an oversized check to give!
