Ed Sheeran is back on the Defendant's side again in a lawsuit that says the rhythms and instrumentals used in his hit "Thinking Out Loud", and remarkably similar to those used in the 1973 Marvin Gaye hit " Let's Get It On".

Earlier this year, Sheeran was sued for "alleged similarities between Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's "The Rest of Our Life"—which Sheeran co-wrote—and "When I Found You," a 2014 song written by Australian songwriters Sean Carey and Beau Golden" according to sources.

Check out the two songs and decided for yourself if Ed Sheeran was just INSPIRED by the song, if he out-right ripped it off, or if it just a musical coincidence!
