Do You Think Schools Should Hand Out Condoms on Prom Night [POLL]

This morning Kat read a story about a growing trend of high schools handing out condoms ot their proms.  Kat and I actually agreed on this issue, thinking that a school function is not an appropriate setting to hand out condoms.  Many callers disagree.  What do you think?
