Miley Cyrus has been having a blast lately on her Bangerz Tour, doing lots of cray cray stuff, like getting a lip tattoosmoking pot and spitting on fans. She also made time to meet with a leukemia-stricken Smiler. But did she ruin one namesake fan's Make-A-Wish dream while back in Cali?

Well, that depends on who you ask, but it doesn't seem so.

Friends of the family of Miley Hodge, 7, are saying that Cyrus didn't live up to her end of the bargain when she agreed to meet with the sick girl.

Hodge is afflicted with an aggressive form of bone cancer and in December, her family learned she had 4 to 6 months left to live. They reached out to Make-A-Wish so Miley could meet her favorite celeb. Her first choice was actually Justin Bieber, but the organization was unable to make that happen, so she instead chose Cyrus.

Family friend Brandon Deboer told RadarOnline, "From what I know, it was not a very good experience for them." He said that the little girl still hopes to meet The Biebs, who pays a lot of lip service to believing in dreams, and meeting The Biebs is Hodge's dream of all dreams.

But back to Miley. Another unnamed source said, "The family went to Los Angeles and were put off for nearly a week before they met [Cyrus]. They finally met at the recording studio and from what I understand, Cyrus was more interested in what she was doing in the studio than paying attention to the little girl."

We all know Miley Cyrus is a wild child, but we don't think she'd blow off a terminally ill fan in such a way. That's not her style.

The littler girl's father Bert sang a different tune than that of the other sources, saying they were "grateful for the chance to meet Cyrus in person. My daughter met one of her idols. Period."

Still, the #JustinMeetMiley and #Pray4Miley hashtags are being used to put the little girl on The Biebs' radar so she can meet him too, since she is so gravelly ill. Our hearts go out to her.

A family friend said, "She doesn’t have much time left. She is an amazing girl. She is always smiling and wants to make sure everyone else is ok. When she hasn’t been in the hospital, she’s gone back to visit other patients who are there. Now, we’re hoping to make her dream of meeting Justin Bieber come true."

Biebs, you listening?
