If you have a small collection of cosmetics at home, you already have most every thing that you’ll need to pull off a Sugar Skull. If you’re lacking some creative eye colors, a quick trip to Walmart or CVS is all you need to pick up some inexpensive colorful eye shadow. Grab a tube of white face paint while you’re there, and you’re all set! Don’t forget the flower for your hair!!!
