Okay, I know typically when you think of "delicious" you do not think of brussels sprouts, however I can't like I LOVE them.  I think they're my favorite veggie.  But I make them in the EASIEST way possible! If you're thinking of trying the sprouts, try them this way and you won't be disappointed!

This recipe actually started as one found online and it called for like 25 ingredients, but I realized that only 2 were necessary.  Seriously I told you this was so easy! You just need TWO ingredients!

All you need is:

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette (any kind, I usually get whatever's cheap and the "lite" kind)

Now it's SUPER easy from here on out here's what ya do!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut the bottoms of the sprouts off (the hard part where it once connected to the stem, and then slice the sprout down the middle into 2 halves
  3. once you have all your halves place them into a bowl and pour Balsamic Vinaigrette over them.  You can use as much as you'd like, always like to make sure they're coated and still have a little extra Balsamic in the bottom of the bowl (I don't measure it takes way too much time)
  4. Take a cookie sheet, cover it in tin foil (trust me, you want to do this, MUCH easier cleanup) and coat with a nonstick spray (I like to use coconut oil non stick spray)
  5. spread your brussels sprouts out on the tin foil
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Take them out and flip them over
  8. Bake for 15 more minutes
After they're done baking I like to put them back into the bowl with the leftover Balsamic Vinaigrette to let them soak up a little bit more, and it helps with not making them so dry
Here's how I spread them out on the cookie sheet:
