Condoms at Prom [ROBCAST]

Earlier today Kat and I were talking about the growing trend of high schools handing out condoms at their proms.  Kat and I had our own opinions, while the Tri-State remains VERY split on this issue.  The phone calls and local polls we have taken have been back-and-forth, split nearly 50/50!  Here's is the audio, and feel free to vote HERE:
