Have a young entrepreneur in the family looking to grow their empire beyond the sidewalk lemonade stand? Get them a booth at the upcoming Kid's Flea Market so they can get some cash and earn their keep!

Scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Kid’s Flea Market is a part of the museum’s initiative designed to create new learning experiences that are innovative, engaging, interactive and fun by promoting entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy as children will have a chance to earn their own money plus meet with representatives of Old National Bank and Junior Achievement.

Children age 16 and younger and their grown-ups are invited to sell their homemade craft items and outgrown toys, books, CDs, etc. Booth space is $15 dollars per table with a two table limit per family, and includes admission to the museum. The Flea Market is free to attend for the general public, and will also feature live performances, food vendors, and other educational activities outside on Locust between 5th & 6th streets.
