Check Out Kat’s Pics From the 2014 Glow Run in Downtown Evansville [PHOTOS]

On Saturday, I had the great pleasure of participating in the 2014 Glow Run presented by the Junior League of Evansville, and I had a blast! Take a look at some photos!

This is the first time that I have ever taken part in any kind of run/walk type event, and I had so much fun! My daughter, Elizabeth and I made a couple of great pink and black tutus to wear, grabbed our knee socks and headed downtown with my friends Nikki and Mary! Nikki was our cheerleader on the sidelines, only because she had run a full marathon earlier in the day! <--- I swear she is Super Woman! I walked most of the 3 miles (almost a 5k) but I did actually jog the very beginning leg of the Glow Run, and then I sprinted across the finish line just to say that I ran across it! If you know me well at all, you know what a big deal this is! I never run because, well... I fall down! All and all it was a great night, and I will have video footage for you soon as well.
