Celebrate the Holidays at Swonder Ice Arena During Santapalooza

Once the turkey and dressing settles, full attention will be given to the Christmas holiday season, which includes the chance to hang out with Kris Kringle himself at Swonder Ice Arena's "Santapalooza" event on Sunday, December 8th.

Formerly known as the annual "Skate with Santa" event, Santapalooza will give visitors the chance to lace up the skates and take a few laps around the ice with jolly ol' St. Nick, as well as get their pictures taken with the North Pole's head honcho.

Evansville Icemen players will also be on hand for the 1-3pm event to sign autographs and take the ice with Santa. No word on if they plan on hip-checking him into the boards (I'll assume that in the spirit of the holidays, they won't).
