Is Sin City 2 As Bad As Everyone Says – The Rob’s Review

Sin City: A Dame to Kill For came out this past weekend, and it BOMBED.  I was actually incredibly surprised by this.  The first movie came out ten years ago, and while I don't recall how it did financially and how critics assessed it, my group of friends and I liked it very much.  Honestly, I'd go as far as to say that the first Sin City is one of my top 20 favorite films of all-time.  I was beyond excited to see this sequel.  I had seen it advertised frequently and it seemed like people were talking about it.  It didn't open up against any blockbusters and had a legit cast of A-list actors, but for some reason, it crashed and burned at the box office in its opening weekend, making less than $7 million.  Is it worth seeing?

The Rob Reviews Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

If you listened to The Rob's Radio Show at all last week or this morning, you know that I was extremely excited to see my "Heroes in a Halfshell", the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in their new movie this weekend.  This movie has definitely been polarizing to say the least, especially from long-time fans like myself!  Was the movie a celebration or a disgrace to my beloved childhood heroes?

They Rock My World – Steve’s Top Five Female Singers in the Past Twenty Years

I love all types of music, and one of the best sounds to me is the sweet sound of a woman’s voice, saying the right things, set to the right tone. It is as if they were serenading me personally with their heartfelt messages

The Rob Reviews “Sex Tape”

Last night I got a chance to go out and see a movie I've been excited for since the trailers started releasing for it.  Every time I'd see the trailers or commercials for it, I would always laugh.  Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel's somewhat-romantic-comedy had the potential to be one of the funniest films of the year...  Did it live up to my lofty expectations?

Warrick County Summer Musical Production “Children of Eden”

In high school, there was nothing I loved more than the stage. I would spend all of my time working on lines, auditions, sets, anything that revolved around the theater. I was bit by the bug and I never wanted anything more than to be the last person to bow at the curtain call
