Catalyst Church in Evansville Hosting Food Drive This Saturday

The young church on Evansville's west side needs your help in stocking the shelves of their food pantry.

Formed in February of 2011, Catalyst Church and it's pantry reside at 3232 Claremont Avenue between Tekoppel and Barker Avenues in the old Woody's West building. Open on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 4-6pm, the food pantry provides canned goods and other non-perishable food items to those who need it.

The shelves are stocked with donations from the public which can be dropped off during the aforementioned operating hours, before or after Sunday services, or during the upcoming food drive this Saturday (April 20th, 2013) at Schnucks West.

Beginning at 8am and continuing through 8pm Saturday, Catalyst Church invites the community to pick up a few extra items during their routine shopping and donate them on site to the pantry. The church is also looking for volunteers to man the food drive. Additional information below.
