Casey Anthony Found Not Guilty

Despite being found largely guilty in the court of public opinion for murdering her two-year old daughter Caylee in 2008, at approximately 2:15 eastern time this afternoon, a jury of Casey Anthony’s peers found her to be not-guilty of Murder in the First Degree, Aggravated Abuse of a Child, and Aggravated Manslaughter.

The jury found Casey Anthony guilty of four counts of Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer.  Each count carries a maximum one-year in prison.  Including time served, it is being speculated that Casey is expected to serve another year in prison, if any at all.  Others believe her four guilty verdicts will be lumped into one and she'll walk out of her sentencing on Thursday as a free woman.
