Brooklyn Nine-Nine – The Weekend Binge!

It's time to spend some time in the Nine-Nine with one of the best ensemble casts ever assembled!

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (4 Seasons, FOX)

I binge-watched the first 3 seasons of this show a few months ago on Hulu Plus. It's one of the funniest sitcoms ever produced. The show is about Detective Jake Peralta, played by the always hilarious Andy Samberg. Peralta is a good cop but he doesn't always play by the rules. And not in a rogue way, rather in a "He's doing everything that John McClane did in Die Hard but it's not working out" way.

The show also features Andre Bauer as Captain Raymond Holt, who might be one of the best characters ever created in this type of format. Holt's deadpan delivery on almost everything will have you laughing out loud more times then not. The show also features terry Crews who is the best at life.

If you've already watched 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Brooklyn Nine-Nine will be right up your alley. The 4th season just premiered the other night, so unlike other shows I've recommended, you've still got new episodes to look forward to!
