Britney Spears has spoken: The 'Work Bitch' singer says she would like none other than James Franco to star in the upcoming 'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie.

In a new interview with London radio station Kiss FM, Brit calls the 'Spring Breakers' star her favorite actor, and recommends he be cast in the troublesome role of Christian Grey. "I love James Franco," she says. "I think he's really cool."

'Fifty Shades' producers have been forced to recast their film's lead, as Charlie Hunnam suddenly dropped out of the erotic project on Oct. 12. While no official word for the casting change has been given, reports suggest that the 'Sons of Anarchy' star had concerns over the movie's script.

In other Britney news, her dad is seeking more money to continue Britney's conservatorship. Jamie Spears, who has been paid $16,000 per month to run the star's business and personal affairs since 2008, is asking the court for an additional $1,600 monthly to cover costs of increased rent and business expenditures.

"I continue to perform services to protect and care for Britney’s person and to administer her estate in good faith and in her best interests," he writes in court documents dated Oct. 15.
