BOLO: Two Inmates Escape from Kentucky Correctional Facility – One is From the Tri-State

On Monday, April 07, 2015 two inmates escaped from Blackburn Correctional Complex, a minimum security facility, in Lexington, KY. According to the Kentucky State Police website,

Kelly Craig Conway, age 46, of Des Moines, Iowa, and James Daniel Dennis, age 32, of Henderson, KY, both walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Complex. Conway has served one year of a ten year sentence for Robbery, 2nd Degree. Dennis has served four years of multiple five year sentences for Flagrant Non Support, Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offense, Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st Offense and a three year sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance-1st Degree-Drug Unspecified.
