Did I just wake up in 1993?

In case you didn't know, Arsenioooooooooooooo HALL! has his own talk show again, I presume in an attempt to relive the glory days of the early to mid '90's when the original version of said talk show was THE talk show to watch.

Here's the thing, in a world dominated (and stretched thin) by the Letterman's, Leno's, Kimmel's, and Fallon's of the world, scoring top notch guests becomes difficult. Which, again, I presume led to the booking of Billy Ray Cyrus on last Thursday's episode. Billy has been using the success of his daughter, Miley for years to get himself back in the spotlight after the success of "Achy-Breaky Heart" fizzled out years ago.

Fred Durst on the other hand is like a weird rash that pops up from time to time. You've seen it before, you don't know how it got there, but you want to get rid of it as quickly as possible. Durst seems willing to do whatever to get himself back on the music radar, even if it means teaming up with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Don't get me wrong, I do love me some '90's-era tunes. My teenage years were set to a soundtrack that consisted of the angst-ridden grunge of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and Soundgarden, to the old school hip-hop of Snoop Dogg, House of Pain, and Cypress Hill, to the bands that took both styles and mashed them together like Korn, and yes, even Limp Bizkit.

But this, this right here, well it's just kind of sad really. I'll leave it up to you to decide if the song is good or not.
