Billboard Names 21 Most Successful Singers Under 21

Billboard has released their annual list of most-successful musicians too young to drink.  Justin Bieber earned the top spot, since last year's #1 Taylor Swift is no longer under 21.  Other KISS artists on the list include Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez at #3 and Demi Lovato (both 19), and 18-year old Miley Cyrus closed the list at #21.  Check out the full list HERE:
