With the 2013 Grammys, the BAFTAs and New York Fashion Week upon us all at once, it's been quite a style bonanza, with celebs and stars putting their best Louboutins forward.

Of course, there were more than a few "WTF?" moments, and interestingly enough, Beyonce and her little sister Solange made both lists this week -- because each had a smashing moment and a total dud.

Let's start with the high notes.

The Best

At the premiere of her 'Life Is But a Dream' doc, Beyonce dazzled, sparkled, shimmered and shined, 14K style, in an Elie Saab Couture column gown with a plunging neckline. It made up for the boring "I put no thought into this" pantsuit she wore to the Grammys earlier in the week (we'll get to that later).

Bey's baby sis Solange was gorgeous in emerald green at the Grammys, upstaging her sister at that event. Her slinky, clingy Ralph & Russo Couture gown boasted a dangerously sexy slit. With her wild mane of curls balancing the dress's slim shape, Sol was at her very best.

Rihanna was a red carpet winner in a custom crimson Azzedine Alaia gown at the Grammys. We expected her to show lots of skin because A) there was a dress code and she likes to break rules, and B) she poses topless on Instagram every 13 seconds, so what would stop her when there were billions of cameras and flashbulbs in her face?

And then she threw us for a loop with this Cinderella-like dress with a princess train.

Jessica Chastain stunned in a satin strapless sapphire Roland Mouret gown at the BAFTAs. With that apparition-toned skin, those ginger locks and that blue dress, she was a vision.

Chastain's name-sister in the competitive acting categories - that'd be Jennifer Lawrence - took our breath away again in Dior at the BAFTAs. The strapless pale pink gown with pink detailing was simple and so sexy. (Unfortunately it also made her look like a 10-year-old boy, as it squashed her boobies flat.)

Canadian cutie Carly Rae Jepsen, who, even though she's 27, often dresses like jailbait and a wannabe high school sophomore with plaid skirts and platform sneakers, finally got it right. Her sleek strapless gunmetal Roberto Cavalli column gown showed off a to-die-for figure and it had movement. Love.

Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland pushed the Grammy dress code's moratorium on bare skin to the absolute limit in her charcoal Georges Chakra gown, which had strategically placed cutouts and a mermaid hem. Not sure how K. Rowl got passed the censors, but she was a knockout.

Once again, actress Rooney Mara chose wisely. The girl with the dragon tattoo (at least in those films) likes structured and geometric couture, and this black Valentino frock of lace construction with a geometric hem was winner. The severe, slicked-back hair worked with the dark and gothic tone and styling of her attire.

Nicole Richie showed up at a pre-Grammy event in a croc skin Tom Ford dress, which looked like the one Rihanna wore to the Met Gala last May, only in a shorter version. Nic's a bit petite for all that constricting fabric, but the statement shoulders and exotic material worked for her.

Zoe Saldana was precious in winter white Alexander McQueen with detailing and a keyhole bust. That little embellishment made this a winner. Well, that and the actress' bodacious body.

The Worst

Katy Perry's mint green Gucci gown wasn't ugly -- it was just trashy, since her knockers walked into a room about 20 minutes before she did. It drew the eye to the point that we forgot she was wearing anything at all. It's a good thing she didn't have to run onstage to accept an award. Ten bucks says her back ached the next day from the lack of support.

British actress Gemma Arterton, who's making headlines since she split with her hubby, burst onto the scene as Bond Girl Strawberry Fields in 'Quantum of Solace.' She's gorgeous, but this striped dress made her look like a barber shop pole.

Okay, we get it. She's Beyonce. She doesn't need to show up to the Grammys in glam attire, so ... she didn't. She wore a casual, color-blocked black and white crepe pantsuit by London designer Osman. Disappointing doesn't begin to describe it. Queen Bey looked like a pauper.

Her little sis Solange showed up to Bey's documentary premiere in what appeared to be her boyfriend's button down. The micro mini length and strappy heels made it architectural and sexy, but it also looked like she lost the other half of it on the way to the event.

The usually red carpet-savvy Kate Hudson wore this scarlet Stella McCartney column gown with gold embellishments. We want to love it, but she looks like a stake in the ground.

At NY Fashion Week, actress Hilary Swank wore a vertically striped, color-blocked dress that was a busy mess.

We hate to do this, but Julianne Hough made the list twice this week. She wore old man slacks with a skirt at the NYC premiere of her movie 'Safe Haven,' and the Georges Hobeika Couture outfit had mismatched elements. She should have saved the top half for the summer months instead of wearing floods to keep warm.

She faltered again in this wannabe cowgirl outfit by Paule Ka. The tailored coat and the fringe skirt aren't complimentary -- feather detailing can be chic as hell, but here, it wasn't. That's likely due to the pure white hue. All she was missing was a cowgirl hat.
