This is just too darn cute! I can imagine how the conversation is going, what the baby is trying to say to the person on the other end of the line.Maybe something like this:

Hey, man. What's up? ...Party at your place? ...Yeah. ...No. ...I'm down. ...Let's do this. ...All right, man. See ya then. ...Peace.

Ok so that is probably not at all what the little guy is trying to say, but really, who doesn't like cute kids?
