Awesome Way to Make a Costume Using your Smartphone
October 10, 2012 7:13 PM I had a caller tonight and he told me all about this, so of course I was curious I looked it up and this is one of the best ideas ever.
I remember last year seeing this guys video about how he took two iPad’s and had one in the front and one in the back and used them to look like he had a hole in his stomach. Well a lot of people complained about how they didn’t have an extra $1200 lying around so he came back with another idea, costumes that work with your smart phone!
He’s got some really awesome t-shirt designs that you can buy, and then download the free iphone app and make your shirt come to life. You can do something really cute like a jack-o-lantern that’s all lit up or a guy with an eye ball that moves around all creepy like, and a ton of other really cool ideas. I think my favorite idea that he had was the wound.
You could buy this big open wound looking thing and stick your smartphone in the back of it and make your own Halloween costume using that. He cut a hole in a shirt, added some fake blood and let the wound stick through and on his iphone app he had a beating heart so it looked like you could see your heart through the shirt. How freaking cool is that?
