Anger Management Techniques – How Do You Keep YOUR Cool?
Everyday people face situations that test your ability to keep your cool. Sometimes we are able to step back, take a deep breath and think rationally, and other times…well not so peaceful!
We I find myself at the boiling point, I try to just remove myself from the situation, find a quiet, soundproof area, like my car or basement, and SCREAM! If find that its better to let it out than to keep it all bottled up inside.
I used to fill my Marine duffle bag up with clothes and use it as a punching bag, but it’s hard to find a strong enough support in my house to hang it from!
