American Surfer Sets Guinness World Record for Riding Largest Wave Ever [VIDEO]

While I'm have a tough time keeping my head above water during the two foot waves in the Bahari Wave Pool at Holiday World, Hawaii native, Garrett McNamara is busy surfing waves nearly equal to the size of an eight story building.

Although the 78-foot wave off the coast of Portugal was ridden by McNamara back in November, it took the crew at Guinness World Records countless video reviews to determine that he had indeed set the record..by one foot (apparently some guy by name of Mike Parsons...slacker).
