Adele Cancels All Shows This Year

Adele's declining health has been well-documented on this site.

As an update, Adele has confirmed she is about to put her throat and vocal cords "under the knife."Although she hasn't given any sort of time-table or schedule, Adele has confirmed on her website that she will be undergoing throat surgery to address some growths on her vocal cords.  She is expected to make a full recovery, but will not be able to sing for at least the rest of 2011.  She has to cancel ALL shows through the rest of the year.  Her website goes on to say that refunds are available at point of purchase.
