So I'm trying to pace myself with the third season of OITNB because I don't want to end up watching it all, then being sad with nothing to watch for like a whole year... So when you come to the end of OITNB here's how to cope.

    Cry a little

    It's emotional, I get it.  It's like losing a friend, but remember it's not goodbye it's "see ya later"

    Binge eat an entire container of Ben & Jerry's

    Think of it as less of "eating your feelings" and more rewarding yourself you just did a marathon.  Sure it was less running and more sitting on the couch but it was a marathon, and you did it. Now get yourself a bumper sticker!

    Call a friend who also watched the whole season

    And then talk about the season.  Nothing heals the heart more than reliving the good times through memories.  Also there are a ton of websites dedicated to this.

    Step out into the sunshine

    No doubt with all the binge watching you've been doing you could use some vitamin D.  Put on some cute Summer clothes, maybe take a shower, and step out and breathe in the fresh midwest humidity!

    Find something else to binge watch

    Find another show to start binge watching.  Not sure what to watch now?  Ask your facebook friends, they'll give you more suggestions than you can possibly watch in your lifetime.  Then after you watch all that's on Netflix, repeat steps 1-5! :)
