2018 SMILE Mile for SMILE on Down Syndrome Set for Saturday

Grab the family, slap a pair of comfortable walking shoes on your feet and enjoy a nice stroll through the Vanderburgh County 4-H Fairgrounds tomorrow (Saturday, October 6th, 2018) during the annual SMILE Mile to benefit SMILE on Down Syndrome!

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with the one mile walk scheduled to get underway at 10:00. Stick around after the walk to enjoy food, live entertainment, and activities for the kids.

Money raised from the event will benefit SMILE on Down Syndrome's mission of promoting acceptance and inclusion of people with Down Syndrome through a variety of programs designed to help support "the physical, emotional, spiritual, social and educational needs of people of all ages with Down syndrome, their families and communities."
