After a 2013-2014 campaign that saw them fall short of the playoffs, the Evansville Icemen turn their attention to 2014-2015 with the release of this season's full slate of games.

The Icemen will kick off the year with a home game inside The Ford Center against the Gwinnett Gladiators on Saturday, October 18th, followed one week later by a visit from the East Coast Hockey League's newest team, the Indianapolis Fuel who will make their league debut at The Ford Center on October 25th. It will be the first of 10 match ups against the Fuel over the course of the season.

The upcoming season will feature a total of 12 Saturday games (including the two listed above), 10 Friday games, five Sunday games, and nine weekday games. It will also feature the fourth annual Education Day game on November 5th where students from schools across the Tri-State will have the chance to watch the Icemen in action at a special 9:30AM start time.

You can get the complete schedule on the Evansville Icemen website.

In other Icemen news, the club announced they will introduce their new coach during a press conference at 2:30PM Evansville time at The Ford Center. The name of which won't be released until during the press conference. Whoever it may be will replace Jeff Pyle who was dismissed at the conclusion of last season after just one year with the team.
