Enjoy an evening of ice cold brew, and smoking hot barbecue under the lights for a great cause!

The Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA) will hold their 10th annual Brew and Barbecue Fest this Saturday night 7PM - 10PM at Bosse Field on Evansville's north side. The evening will include live music from A Brave New Wave, Project CBS, Dale Niehaus, and Curtis Brown, along with dozens of local culinary appetizers to sample.

Of course it wouldn't be a "Brewfest" if there wasn't beer, right? No need to worry as there will be plenty of opportunities to sample over 150 craft beers! But don't let the name "Brewfest" fool you. Non-beer drinkers will surely find something they enjoy with 50 wines, 20 liquors (includes Bourbon, Whiskey and Vodka) also available for sampling.

Tickets are available now with general admission tickets going for $35 each in advance, or $40 at the gate on the night of the event. A $30 per ticket rate is available for groups of 15 or more, and VIP tickets are available for $70 each. Group and VIP Tickets can be purchased at SWIRCA & More at the corner of Main and West Virginia Streets, and all general admission tickets available at Old National Bank, Schnucks, and Turonis locations.

Your general admission ticket will get you access to all beverage and food samples, a commemorative sampling glass, a festival program, and live entertainment.

VIP ticket holders will be able to enjoy extra perks such as premium parking, an exclusive VIP entrance, the opportunity to sample early during the 6-7PM VIP hour, as well as access to the VIP area where you can enjoy gourmet culinary treats, specialty cocktails and chair massages courtesy of Fusion Spa and Boutique.

The event is open to anyone 21 years of age or older. Sorry kiddos!
