106-1 KISS-FM Business Department Seeks Administrative Assistant

106-1 KISS-FM and our sister-stations of Townsquare Media Evansville are currently seeking a new receptionist for our business department.

If you have an outgoing, yet professional and friendly personality along with the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a busy atmosphere, then we want to speak with you.

Job responsibilities include the ability to run a multi-line switchboard, receive and direct incoming calls, distribute contest prizes to winning listeners, as well as maintain prize winner's paperwork, greet and assist station visitors, maintain a log of all job applicants that come to the station offices, sort and distribute daily mail delivery, along with other various administrative duties including preparing a daily sales report for management, reprinting invoices for customers, and assisting in the mailing of monthly billing and statements to our clients.

The receptionist will also need to be familiar with all station events, programming, and on air personalities in order to effectively answer any questions that may arise from listeners, business clients, etc, and will be responsible for mailing Seize the Deal 2.0 certificates purchased by listeners through the Seize the Deal website.
